- New design, brownfield and greenfield projects, and retrospective reviews — across coal seam gas, oil refining, explosives manufacturing and storage, and aluminium processing
- Retrospective PHAs pre-filled from previous studies and recent plant/incident history, so workshops build on existing work rather than starting from scratch
- Semi-quantitative LOPA following HAZOP, to test whether controls are genuinely sufficient for high-consequence scenarios
- Heavy pre-work done in advance, so time in the room is spent on judgement and decisions — not rebuilding information that already exists
- Scribing provided for larger or longer workshops; smaller brownfield sessions run with or without a scribe, as needed
